I have been fasting and started doing kettlebell swings. Currently ramping up my reps so I can do another 10k swing challenge. The 20hardreps style of training gives me great results. I think time under tension is the superior way to train with body weight, that’s what 20hardreps is really about in technique and how they are hard. My fasting went hardcore for about a month doing two days of 24 hours water fast each week, after each fast I’d eat regularly for 2-3 days then do another fast. I did fast longer than 24 hours often up to 46 hours a few times.
